Return and Refund Policy

We will only accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. You will receive a full refund, provided the condition upon return is the same as when shipped to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept returns for earrings. We will not be able to accept returns for custom made jewellery, including engraved jewellery.

Please make sure all returns are sent in the original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping and enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip noting the reason for return. We recommend all returns be insured against loss and shipping damages. We will not issue refund for items not received or damaged in transit to us. Please make sure to write RETURN on the shipment's commercial invoice and customs documents to avoid delays with customs.

You will have to pay for any shipping costs that may incur when sending the item back to us.

Please allow 14 days from the time we receive the return to process your credit.


Each piece of MXBX jewellery is lovingly handmade in the U.K at our London workshop. Please allow 2-3 weeks to recieve your made to order item. If an item is needed for a specific date please contact us at and we will do our best to meet your request.


UK Delivery We are pleased to offer free of charge next business day delivery within the UK. European & International Delivery Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide are charged at a cost of £15 Please note, custom taxes and duties are the customers responsibility. Your MXBX jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive securely packaged in a discreet plain brown box. We will always try and help you as much as possible, so please do inform us of any preferred delivery times or special requests.
